Rainbow End
This incredibly rare photograph of the “end of a rainbow” was taken by Jason Erdkamp from Lake Forest, California, USA. He spotted it on the 241 Toll road in Orange County, California. Some have suggested that the picture has been photo shopped; but experienced photographers, meteorologists and a graphic designer are certain it is the real thing.
Irish folklore has it that Leprechauns believe that buried treasure can be found at the end of a rainbow. Leprechauns have even been known to bury their own treasure in such places. Will and Guy are considering popping over to California to take a look, with their picks and shovels, of course.
Rainbow Woman
Here is photo of rainbow cloud which looks like a reclining woman.
It was taken over over the Himalayas by Oleg Bartunov. He was part of an expedition near Mount Everest in Nepal. The rainbow cloud phenomenon is caused by light reflecting off tiny ice crystals.

Super-Bright Rainbow
In the photo to the right sheep seem to be gathering around the end of an particularly intense rainbow. Guy thinks this could be a biblical scene, all we need is for Moses to wander into shot.
In reality Jason Connolly took the photo as he walked up Latterbarrow hill, in Cumbria, England.
The bright sunshine cut through the heavy rain to produce an arc of vivid colours over the Cumbrian countryside.

Another Wonderful Rainbow – Picture the Pot of Gold!
Is There A Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow? Will and Guy are able to reveal that a “pot of gold” has been discovered at the end of an Arctic Circle rainbow, as this amazing picture shows.
Legend has it that at the end of every rainbow there’s a leprechaun with a handy pot of gold.
Eiffel Tower Rainbow
A rainbow arcs across the sky, framing the world famous Eiffel Tower in Paris. Keen-eyed photographer and concert violinist Bertrand Kulik captured the picturesque scene from his flat’s window.
He said, ‘I was at home giving a violin lesson to a student when I saw out of the corner of my eye the rainbow forming. I quickly opened my window, leaned out and took some pictures – all while the student was still playing.’
Photo of a Rare Inverted, Refracted Rainbow
Exceptional atmospheric conditions created a rare and stunning display in the skies above Cambridge, England. Local astronomer, Jacqueline Mitton, photographed the fabulous sight, caused by sunlight being refracted through ice crystals high in the atmosphere.
This phenomenon is rarely seen outside the polar regions.
A Meteorological Office spokeswoman informed Will and Guy, ‘They are fairly rare. It is convex to the sun and is formed by refraction in suitably-oriented ice crystals and may show vivid rainbow colouring, as in this case.’
